It supports selling for multiple Vendors, such as wholesale and retail models with "just-in-time" inventory features. Sales also supports professional services quotes and contracts, and businesses that use combinations of Products and Services.


   


The Sales module contains Sales Tracking, Proposals and Customer Orders applications.



Sales Tracking- includes profiles for Sales Agents and Agencies and Brokers, allowing great flexibility in organizing your particular business model for sales. Assignment of qualified prospects to an Agent, and definition of Sales teams coordinates with reporting. The special My Desk feature keeps track of sales calls and appointments.


Quotes and Proposals- Customer Registration and Account setup supports several different kinds of accounts, instant payment, monthly revolving, and customers can have multiple accounts for special deals or per contract. Quotes can be created, and sent to customers in PDF format by email. Automated Contract definitions makes complex proposals easy and organized. Reports use this data to track your sales pipeline.


Customer Orders- Flexible order creation and processing allows you to combine services with products, and track the fulfillment of each item. Products are fulfilled in distribution, and updates are easily reviewed by Sales users to support their clients. Reporting tracks sales, percentage of pipeline closed, by agent and team.
